At Paireyllear, we ensure transparent and reliable shipping for all orders.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Alaska, and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship internationally to other countries at this time.

Shipping Cost

  • FREE Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
  • No hidden shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • United States: 2 – 6 business days
  • Canada: 4 – 8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing (for Canada), weather delays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Carriers

We select the most efficient carrier (including USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post) based on your location and package size.

International / Customs & Duties

  • For shipments to Canada: Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by Canadian customs upon delivery. Paireyllear does not collect these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
  • For shipments within the United States: No customs duties apply.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is lost or delivered elsewhere, Paireyllear is not responsible. Contact us immediately at info@paireyllear.sbs if you need to modify your address before the order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local postal service. Paireyllear is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. For further assistance, contact us at info@paireyllear.sbs.
