Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on every order to both the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. No minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Once your order is processed (typically 1–2 business days), delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 2–6 business days
  • Canada: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs processing (for Canada), weather delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently we ship only to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada. We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging (including all tags and accessories).

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Simply email our support team at info@paireyllear.sbs with your order number. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and easy step-by-step instructions.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. We offer free returns. You will not be charged any return shipping fees or restocking fees.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?

A: Once we receive your returned item and approve it (typically within 1–2 business days), we will process your refund immediately. The credit typically appears back on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paireyllear has no control over your bank’s processing time.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: For exchanges, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to get the product you want.

Q: What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

A: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@paireyllear.sbs. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Note: Returns must be initiated by contacting us to obtain a return authorization and shipping label. Do not send returns without prior authorization.

Q: What are your support hours?

A: We are available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time). We are closed on weekends and major US holidays. Emails and voicemails received outside of business hours will be returned on the next business day.
