Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn – No signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • In original packaging – Including all tags, accessories, and original case/box.
  • Quality issues – Defective or damaged items are also covered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered by the customer.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase).

Return Shipping Cost – Free Returns

We offer free returns. Paireyllear will not charge you any return shipping fees or restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@paireyllear.sbs with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a free return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, affix the provided return label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Process

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 1–2 business days), we will approve your refund if the eligibility conditions are met.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
  • Refund Timing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Paireyllear has no control over your bank’s processing times.

Partial Refunds

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., used, stained, or damaged by the customer), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to get the product you want.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@paireyllear.sbs. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
